ONLY ONE ROOM- House Share: Furnished or Unfurnished ONE room for rent monthly (this is not for entire house). This is a 4BR/ 2 BA house sharing rental. The house is shared with tenants/roommates in each bedroom. The kitchen, garage, laundry room washer/dryer, entry area, dining and living room are all shared spaces with all tenants. The $1,150 /month price advertised is for Room # 2 (size is 13.5" x 13.11") that is currently vacant and shares a bathroom with tenants in Room # 3 & Room # 4. This Room # 2 includes bed frame/headboard, mattress, mattress cover, nightstand, closet, desk/desk chair, ceiling fan with light, floor mirror, mini fridge/freezer and curtains. The bedroom has a push code door lock to lock room if tenant wants when not home. The rent is month to month and includes water/sewer/trash, electric, basic cable and wifi. For a private TV in Room # 2 that is an additional $20/month.There is a 55' TV in the living room with sofa that is common shared space. There is open parking in the driveway one car each. To move-in need to pay first month rent, $75 application fee and pay $250 refundable deposit. To avoid application fee and deposit tenant needs to register on padsplit website and be approved as a member. Upon move-out there is a $25 cleaning fee. No pets are allowed.
