Welcome to Bird Key

Bird Key is regarded as one of the most prestigious communities on the Gulf Coast. It is a 250-acre barrier island located in Sarasota Bay. There are 510 luxury, single-family homes with no condominiums, high rises, hotels, offices or retail space. Bird Key has a resort feel with tall palm trees lining its wide streets, very little traffic, canal bridges, turquoise water throughout, and a staffed front gatehouse to greet residents upon arrival. Boating enthusiasts are drawn to Bird Key as it provides access to elaborate canals, bayfront homes with deep water docks and the Bird Key Yacht Club. While others simply enjoy living in pure tranquility despite being less than a mile from the vibrance of downtown Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach.
